Job Description & Responsibilities:

As a Senior Staff Program Manager, the candidate will be responsible for initiating, driving and supporting the Concept, Planning, Qualification, and Production process across multiple projects. You will work with Product Line Management, Technical Program Management and Customer Program Management, representing the Operations, throughout the Product Life Cycle process. You will drive and track the Cost, Schedule and Performance details across multiple projects simultaneously, and drive the Operations team to complete the requirements and milestones. Other responsibilites include:

  • Accountable and responsible for NPI and release to Production and dependencies of both tasks and projects.
  • Responsible for building and executing an overall viable plan through communication and collaboration with project teams and Operations stakeholders.
  • Interfacing with CM and JDM partners and other third parties, often coordinating the work of those third parties toward the overall project and program objectives.
  • This position may perform other duties as assigned.


Knowledge and Skills:
  • Superb analytical skills: both technical and process improvement oriented.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work well with other departments and all levels of management.
  • Business analysis skills; experience in compiling, analyzing, and presenting business metrics to management.
  • Ability to achieve in a fast paced environment with multiple conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks effectively, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and principles.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
  • Ability to independently drive individual projects through to completion.
  • Extensive Microsoft Project Experience.
  • Proven track record in process definition and improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding and utilization of communication and collaborations tools and systems (virtual team environment, workflow, and content management systems).
  • PMP preferred.


Education and Work Experience:
  • BS / BA or equiv required.
  • MBA or MS preferred or equivalent.
  • 12+ years Program management experience at a successful tech company.
