Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with process owners on completing documentation revisions to SAP BPP.
  • Coordinate activities of the documentation in-scope sub-processes.
  • Maintain SOX documentation templates, protocols and user instructions.
  • Monitor status of remediation activities undertaken by process owners.
  • Assist with evaluating SOX assessment results including identifying compensating controls and evaluating materiality of deficiencies.
  • Prepare periodic SOX status reports for management.
  • Assist with SOX testing and review of internal control processes and documentation.
  • Interaction and cooperation with external auditors to assist in timely completion of quarterly reviews and annual SOX audits.
  • This position may perform other duties as assigned.


Knowledge and Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred.


Education and Work Experience: :
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting.
  • CPA license preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years public accounting and/or corporate experience (preferably with public companies), including at least 1 year of specific experience documenting and/or reviewing internal controls.
