We are currently seeking a Director to join our company.



Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as lead contact for clients, provide guidance to ensure programs align with business strategy, and manage program execution and implementation

  • Provide counsel and guidance to clients with regard to emerging business and communication issues related to work of mouth

  • Develop marketing and communication programs to drive word of mouth activities

  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of clients’ business, anticipating and addressing opportunities and issues

  • Manage teams to deliver high quality work – on time and on budget - and keep them motivated to work in the best interest of clients while continuing to develop their skills and creativity

  • Manage project financials




Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business/Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree in a business or communications field desirable

  • Ten years PR experience; minimum of five years agency and two years supervisory experience

  • Exceptional analytical skills

  • Experience developing creative marketing programs to achieve business objectives

  • Ability to manage multi-faceted projects with multiple partners

  • Demonstrated track record of building strong client relationships, account teams, and delivering programs that meet or exceed anticipated results

  • Is aware of, understands, and uses online conversation channels, including social media

  • Has interest in, and aptitude for, the ability for web 2.0 tools to be used to solve client marketing challenges
