We are currently seeking a Project Manager. The successful candidate must have 2-3 years experience in managing marketing projects, including web-based projects, collateral development, events and other marketing activities. Candidate will work with teams to create project scope, timelines and deliverables, and manage the development process to ensure all parties are executing against schedule. Must understand web development process, as well as have knowledge of project management process. Key skills include relationship management, attention to detail and experience in the 5-step Internet development process are required.



Specific Responsibilities:


  • Manage client and team expectations regarding project status, timeline and budget

  • Set and communicate priorities to project team

  • Solve project conflicts i.e., resources competing deadlines

  • Manage web development process cycle for small projects or large web sites

  • Schedule and lead project meetings, set agenda and confirm action plan

  • Identify key deliverables, create timelines

  • Track and report progress of project against deadline

  • Identify potential issues to ensure on time, under budget delivery of projects

  • Act as liaison w/ internal/external clients and team, build strong relationships

  • Help to grow business, identify potential new/incremental opportunities
