We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst to manage online conversations, including blogs, online forums, interactive communities and social networking in our B2C practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Partners and Directors in developing comprehensive word of mouth marketing strategies



• Act as support contact for clients and key liaison for the account team and agency management



• Provide strategic communication guidance to Partners and Directors on an ongoing basis by anticipating and addressing client needs



• Research, identify and analyze trends, issues or topics that may be relevant to clients



• Manage identification of the latest web groups, media platforms, websites, web tools and emerging technology as it relates to word of mouth marketing



• Help drive account profitability by managing time and expenses to budget

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3-4 years of communications experience, agency experience strongly preferred


• Understanding and/or experience with web-based research, writing, blogging and other new media communications tools


• Strong familiarity with the latest web-based research tools and methodologies


• Detail-oriented personality with a track record of successful project management


• Demonstrated ability to work in team environment


• A high level of organization, ability to multi-task and willingness to take initiative


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
