Job Description:
Dendreon is seeking a top notch Corporate Records Administrator who will join our team to assist in processing incoming information. The successful candidate will have excellent organization and communication skills and experience with active records.
General Summary:
Performs a wide variety of activities which may include one or more of the following:
Sorts, classifies, and codes material for filing.
Prepares new files within the classification plans.
Accesses, compiles, gathers, and issues requested records and information.
Maintains an accurate charge-out system and circulation records.
Receives and processes records transferred to inactive storage in accordance within established schedules.
Processes obsolete record in accordance with retention policy and established procedures.
Assists in compiling corporate filing documents and maintaining computerized files to support all documentation systems, including controlled documents, technical documents, master equipment, manufacturing and CMO.
Job Requirements:
Typically 1 years of related experience.
Prefer 1+ years of college with specialized course work in administrative management and computer technology.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
OmniRim experience is a plus.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Must have the ability to work around laboratories, manufacturing areas and equipment, and regularly lift 10 – 20 lbs and lift up to 50 lbs.
